Art & Architecture
More than a hotel, we are a community of artists living and sharing in a space that brings together galleries, experiences and design lofts in the vibrant Colonia Roma.
Sofía Taboas is the creator of our latticework, inspired by the windows of the classic houses of Colonia Roma, allowing daily coexistence between the piece and the city environment. Iñaki Bonilla is the photographer of 'Espectador del Naufragio', a 2007 collection showing the decline of old houses as a metaphor for an announced shipwreck. Darío Escobar is the artist of our work inspired by the Mesoamerican sculptural tradition, made from bicycle tires and bronze weights, representing the mythical figure of Quetzalcoatl in a play of light and shadow.
